Complaints Procedure
We welcome parental involvement in school and building a partnership is extremely important for your child. If you have concerns which you wish to discuss further, these are the steps we follow in school:-
- Class teacher/SENDCo discussion.
- Head of KS1 or KS2.
- Deputy Head Teacher.
- Headteacher
At this stage, any matters unresolved, can be brought to the Governing Body’s attention. Parents are welcome to email the governors with their concerns to ourschool@cliviger.com
