Complaints Procedure

We welcome parental involvement in school and building a partnership is extremely important for your child. If you have concerns which you wish to discuss further, these are the steps we follow in school:-

  1. Class teacher/SENDCo discussion
  2. Head of KS1 or KS2
  3. Deputy Head Teacher
  4. Headteacher

At this stage, any matters unresolved, can be brought to the Governing Body’s attention. Parents are welcome to email the governors with their concerns to ourschool@cliviger.com.
