On Tuesday we were practising to throw and catch a ball. Have another go by yourself and then with an adult.
Today, try to throw the ball, clap and then catch it. Try not to drop it! How many can you do? Can you add a twist or a turn? Can you walk whilst you throw and catch the ball?
Next, work on your throwing skills, step forward with the opposite leg to the hand that you are throwing with. Think about your aim - are you throwing too hard, too light, too far, not far enough, or just right?
