In school we are working on Tag Rugby and Baseball this half term. Both of these are tricky to do at home. However both of these games require fitness and flexibility. Below is a link to a Jo Wicks workout which will help you with both of these. You can do it as many times as you like and even explore more challenging ones if you like. Have fun !
